For cancellations made from the moment you pay the prepayment of the villa/apartment price deposited to our account (by EFT, bank transfer or credit card “single payment or installments”, or in cash, or by Mail Order) until 30 days before your arrival date at the villa/apartment, your entire prepayment will be forfeited, because the whole of this payment has been made to the villa/apartment owner as a prepayment. You are required to pay the remaining amount to us upon arrival at the villa/apartment. The customer may cancel their trip before it begins. The customer must give notice of cancellation to DAS VİLLA in writing, and notices not made in writing cannot be accepted. In case of cancellation, in order to cover the measures taken and expenses incurred in relation to the trip, DAS VİLLA will charge the customer certain percentages of the total price of the services specified in the travel agreement. These amounts are determined as follows.

Cancellation conditions:

• a) The booking deposit sent for the reservation is strictly non-refundable.
• b) If cancellation occurs up to the 30th day before the first day of the booking date, the customer must pay 35% of the total travel cost.
• c) If cancellation occurs between the 29th day before the first day of the booking date and the first day, or if the customer does not arrive at all, the customer must pay 100% of the travel cost.

If the customer, at their own request, pays the entire villa/apartment price to DAS VİLLA (by EFT, bank transfer, in cash or by credit card in a single payment), then for cancellations made from the moment of payment until 30 days before the villa/apartment, 35% (thirty-five percent) of the amount paid will be forfeited. The remaining 65% (sixty-five percent) will be refunded to the account number you provide. Transfer costs will also be deducted from this amount, because 35% (thirty-five percent) of this price has been paid to the villa/apartment owner as a prepayment. If the booking is cancelled 30 days or fewer before the arrival date at the villa/apartment, or if there is no arrival at the villa/apartment and no stay at all takes place, the total travel fee paid will not be refunded to the customer. Any financial loss, commission fees and similar charges that arise or will arise from the refund of credit card payments and are imposed on DAS VİLLA by the Republic of Türkiye, banks or other banks will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.

If a villa/apartment booking is cancelled by DAS VİLLA for any reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible. If an equivalent villa/apartment is available in our portfolio on the same dates, it will be offered to the customer. If the customer does not accept, and in cases not covered by the “force majeure” clause, the money received will be refunded to the customer. In addition, for certain of our villas/apartments (as stated on the villa/apartment web detail page), the whole of the booking deposit paid, and, for those villas/apartments for which the entire rental price must be paid 30 days or 60 days before the booking date (as stated on the villa/apartment web detail page), the entire villa/apartment rental price, is collected from the customer. Even if the customer cancels the booking, no fee is refunded.

If the customer fails to make the remaining payment on time, DAS VİLLA reserves the right to cancel the booking in question, not to refund the amount previously paid and to take another booking for the villa/apartment. Booking cancellations may be made in writing (by electronic mail or by registered mail with return receipt). Booking cancellations made verbally by telephone are strictly invalid. Booking cancellations are valid from the moment the notice reaches DAS VİLLA. DAS VİLLA cannot be held liable for non-use of the villa/apartment, including cases of termination of the contract due to a reason attributable to the customer or without proper written notice, provided that this contract is valid from the booking confirmation by the express declaration of the parties. The entire amount shown in the contract becomes due on the agreed delivery date of the villa/apartment, and all legal rights of DAS VİLLA in this regard are reserved.

Since the products and/or services offered by DAS VİLLA to the customer are, under Article 15/g of the Distance Contracts Regulation, “contracts for the use of leisure time for accommodation, entertainment or rest purposes that must be performed on a specific date or period”, they are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The customer declares and undertakes that they were aware of this from the outset and will not request the right of withdrawal.
