The service is the rental of the selected villa for accommodation purposes between the stated dates. The villa's features, capacity and equipment details appear on the villa page.
The total price consists of the nightly accommodation fee and, where applicable, cleaning and short-stay fees; it is shown in detail in the booking summary. The prepayment rate and the final payment date are communicated in the confirmation email.
A refundable damage deposit is taken on the arrival day; if there is no damage at check-out, it is refunded the same day.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation services; the contractual cancellation conditions are on the Cancellation Terms page.
