What we look for in your villa
The basic conditions we check when reviewing your application.
- Private pool and garden
- Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher and washing machine in every room
- At least 2 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen
- Tourism rental licence or a pending application
- Regular cleaning and pool maintenance throughout the season

We tour your villa together and discuss its equipment, documents and seasonal prices.
We prepare your listing page and publish your villa on our site within 1 week.
After every stay, the amount minus commission reaches your account on the first business day.
Application form
After you submit the form, your portfolio manager will call you within 2 business days at the latest to arrange a visit.
Our commission is 20% and is charged only on completed bookings. There is no extra charge for listings or advertising.
On the first business day after your guest checks out, the amount minus commission is transferred to your bank account. We also send a detailed monthly statement.
Of course. Just block the dates you want to use in the shared calendar; we synchronise the calendar so there are no double bookings.
A tourism rental licence from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism is mandatory. If you do not have one, we guide you through the application and do not publish your villa until the licence is issued.
We take a deposit for every booking. We inspect the villa together at check-out and cover any damage found from the deposit.
