When choosing a villa to rent

All villas listed on Das Villa are licensed by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism and are inspected on site by our team. You can filter private-pool villas on the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, especially in Kaş, Kalkan and Fethiye, by date, number of guests and budget.

Frequently asked questions

Electricity, water, internet, bottled gas, pool and garden maintenance and the arrival cleaning are included in the price. The damage deposit and, where applicable, the short-stay fee are stated separately on the villa page.

Depending on the villa, an advance payment of 25% to 50% is taken; the remainder is paid on arrival. The advance payment rate is shown on each villa card.

It varies between 3 and 7 nights depending on the period. For shorter stays, some villas can be rented with a short-stay fee.

For villas with a live-updated calendar, your booking is confirmed the moment you pay; there is no need to wait for the owner's approval.

You can stay with your pet in villas in the “Pet Friendly” category. Some villas may charge an additional cleaning fee.
