# Distance Sales Agreement

**Seller:** Das Villa Turizm Emlak İnşaat Ticaret Ve Sanayi Limited Şirketi, Kalkan Mahallesi Kalkan Cumhuriyet Caddesi No:8/C Kaş Antalya, TÜRSAB Licence No. 16923 **Buyer:** The consumer whose details appear on the booking form.

The subject of the contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties relating to the sale and performance of the villa accommodation service requested by the buyer through the website and confirmed by the seller.

The name and location of the villa, the accommodation dates, the number of guests, the total price and the payment plan appear in the reservation document. If VAT and accommodation tax are not included in the prices, this is stated separately.

Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT or by 3D Secure credit card. The service is deemed performed upon handover of the villa on the accommodation start date.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for accommodation services to be performed on a specific date or period. The cancellation and change conditions are on the Cancellation Terms page.

In disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the value announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts above that value.
